Laura Ryan – Communications Executive

Laura Ryan is the person in charge of putting Limerick in the headlines for all the right reasons! As the city’s official spokesperson, she runs the communications desk at the LCO proactively promoting Limerick and highlighting the positive developments taking place in the Mid-West. She is also the point of contact for press queries about Limerick city.

Originally from Dooradoyle, Limerick, Laura worked as a journalist for 10 years in both the print and broadcast media and was the first legal correspondent for TV3 News. She has a BA in European Studies from the University of Limerick and a MA in Journalism from NUI Galway.

Liz Gill - Office Manager

Liz Gill is responsible for the operational management of the LCO.  Her responsibilities include management of the Street Ambassador Programme, Web Content Manager and providing support to Communications Executive and Festivals Office.

Liz has a huge interest in Limerick’s history and archaeology having worked as an archaeologist for 8 years. She has a BA in Archaeology and English and a MA in Landscape Archaeology, both from NUI Galway.
